It is our responsibility to serve those in need and to be inclusive and not reclusive and serve those in need. We are also looking for supplies that can be trucked to areas of need in times of disaster. In addition, medical supplies are being acquired which will be shipped to medical mission efforts throughout the world.

VBS is a 5-day summer program of Bible stories, skits, and crafts designed for classes for all ages of children, teens and adults. Our 2007 VBS is a special effort is made to reach and bring in children in the surrounding communities. This years theme is "Take the plunge’ Make a splash with Jesus."Philippians 2:15 urges us to be, "children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation." The verse then continues to define our responsibility by saying, "among whom you shine as lights in the world." Though we are not of this world, God expects us to make a difference in it.
This series offers a starter course in how to do just that. While each of our own situations is unique, this series will look at five broadly applicable lessons on how not only to survive but thrive in this last frontier we call life on earth.
